My Services

Grooming & Training Programmes For Hotel Staff

Signature Training Programme

What attention is placed on make-up application and the head to toe image of your staff in your hotel?

Put an end to wishful thinking regarding the application of make-up products and implement them as a part of your hotel uniform standards

Beauty at Your Doorstep

The perfect way to follow up with a refresher course for your staff who have already attended our Signature training Programme.

Or for Hotels who have a limited budget but would still like to provide some training for their staff.

Product Training

I deliver beauty product training and support to spas and beauty outlets in the UAE.

Whether you are launching a new product line or wish to support an existing one, I instruct spa staff in how to get the most out of your product through in house training sessions.

Personal Client Services

The Beauty Room

The Beauty Room’ is a private room that gives the client a personal one to one service for both skincare and beauty.

With dedicated two hour time slots that provide a pleasant and comfortable experience without the rush of busy salons. No ‘over chatty’ therapists and no phones ringing!

‘Hazel and the Impala team visited our hotel to conduct 2 make up training sessions. The sessions were fun, interactive and showed our team members how to apply make up in just 15 minutes!   Through the cosmetics sale staff were guided as to which colours and shades would work best for their skin tones and complexions. The day was very enjoyable but also highly worthwhile as it allowed our staff members to understand the importance of appearance at work and how to apply make up in a professional manner.’
